We are a dedicated team of clinicians in a boutique private practice, offering compassionate and integrated psychiatric and mental health care for individuals and families seeking professional support on their mental fitness journey. Our services include psychiatric treatment, counseling, and psychological evaluations to enhance health, well-being, and quality of life. The practice features two equally important teams to assist you: our Clinicians—independently contracted experts with diverse backgrounds ready to design a treatment plan tailored to your needs—and our Patient Care Team, who guide you through every step, from your initial call to registration and scheduling. They excel at making the process simple and ensuring you have an outstanding patient experience!

Care Team
Our Patient Care Team is here to welcome you to our practice. They understand that starting psychotherapy can be a daunting undertaking and they are here to help make scheduling, insurance filing, managing your registration, and psychological evaluations as easy as possible.
They will walk you through the process, help you find the provider, the specialty, and the appointment time that meets your needs. They like to say, “the administrative office is where magic happens; the therapy office is where miracles happen!”
Katie
Practice Manager
Katie is a Florida native having grown up and now raising her children in Florida’s Panhandle. She has over two decades of experience in the medical field working in administrative patient care as a patient registrar, patient experience concierge, insurance verification professional, and surgical scheduler for a general medical and surgical hospital and large medical group practice. Katie has a heart for children and families and gives her time and talents to her church’s Children’s Ministry as a volunteer and as a previous staff member. During her free time, Katie loves spending time with her family, any activity outdoors, college football, and cheering on her FSU Seminoles!
Lisa
Operations Manager
Lisa brings 30+ years in customer service, leadership, and people-focused performance. She fosters a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients, clients, and fellow coworkers. Experienced in managing operations and improving processes, she ensures smooth client experiences. Known for her professionalism, empathy, and excellence, she is proud to help others and make a positive impact. As a long-time Okaloosa County resident, she raised four children locally and stays actively involved in the community. Lisa’s energetic spirit, strong faith, and passion help her embrace and share each day with gratitude and joy!
Debi
Administrative Assistant
Debi is a Midwest gal who dreamed of living in paradise! Her dream came true when Debi and her husband made their last military move to and retired on the Emerald Coast. Debi has worked in various aspects of healthcare administration and brings almost 30 years of experience and knowledge to our team. Debi has two wonderful grown sons, a daughter-in-love, five beautiful granddaughters, and a feisty great-grandson. Debi’s favorite time outside of the office is with family and friends. She loves reading, traveling, going to the shooting range, and living life to its fullest!
Paula
Practice Registrar
Paula has a long history of customer service and patient care and now focuses on communicating with new patients, collecting information, validating registration documents, and ensuring patient portal access. Paula and her husband raised two amazing young men and when she’s not too busy being a pastor’s wife, women’s ministry leader, church bookkeeper, and all-around activities coordinator, she really enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren. We’re so delighted she now helps coordinate our Practice and patients!
Dana
Financial Manager & Insurance Specialist
Dana and her family moved to the area by way of an Air Force assignment and decided to stay. She graduated from Troy University with a Computer Science degree and worked in that world for several years before life and family required more of her time. She tried to slow down, transitioning from Network Administrator to our Financial Manager and Behavioral Health Insurance Specialist and has remained in private practice accounts management for over twenty years. Dana has been married for 30+ years to a retired Air Force Officer turned Financial Advisor. They enjoyed raising their two kids and now really love chasing around their spunky granddaughters and grandsons.
Dina
Independent Contracted Psychometrist
Dina is a nationally Board Certified Psychometrist, maintaining the clinical gold standard of knowledge, experience, and education administering and scoring psychometric measures. She completed her Master of Science in Psychology and Counseling from Troy University and worked as a bereavement counselor. A military move took her Air Force Special Operations husband and family to Germany then back to the local area. Outside the office Dina enjoys hiking, disc golf, watching and attending sporting events, arts and crafts, traveling abroad, traveling to see her two adult sons, and cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins!
